What exactly are these sold for?
In-vitro laboratory research and development only. These are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements. They are not for human or veterinary use, and nothing on this site is a claim that they diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything.
Who does your testing?
An independent laboratory we do not own. Every lot is run for identity by mass spectrometry, purity by HPLC, and a LAL endotoxin panel. The lot is not listed until its report is published.
How do I read a lot report?
Open View certificate on the product page. Methods are HPLC, mass spec, and LAL endotoxin. On this preview you will only see SAMPLE layout demos — no lot number, no lab name, no assay. When a live file exists, verify it on the Lab page before you treat anything as listed.
How fast does it ship, and from where?
Domestic US shipping is planned once checkout is live. Carrier timing and the fulfillment site will be published when ShipStation and cold storage are connected. Nothing ships from this preview.
What happens if a vial arrives damaged?
Photograph it before you open anything and send it to [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery. We replace it on the next outbound run at no cost, and we do not ask you to ship the damaged vial back.
